Automatic snow and ice melting systems
How does it work?
The smart thermostat detects, using external temperature sensors, when it drops below freezing or when snow falls. Correlated with the humidity sensor, the smart thermostat controls the heating of the protected surface cable and helps prevent frost on its surface.
It is equally effective in the case of snowfall, when progressive melting occurs until the risk of ice and snow formation is eliminated.
Fully automated de-icing systems are used on car access ramps and loading platforms to prevent cars and machinery from skidding. They are also used on sidewalks or various access roads to prevent accidents caused by ice and frost.
