The quality of Petra Pavaje products is strengthened thanks to the increased interest in continuous improvement. This is achieved by studying various variables such as raw materials ensuring the durability of precast concrete products used, optimizing the recipe of each product and processing parameters, storage method, traffic volume or age of the pavement. By analyzing these factors, products are developed that best meet needs, so that customers can enjoy the pavements in the long term, and their appearance remains as attractive as possible over time.

• The Petra Pavaje Laboratory is among the only construction laboratories in the country and abroad that perform splitting/bending tensile tests of precast concrete products permanently in wet environment, that is, in the most devaforable condition. This ensures a significantly higher resistance of the elements, compared to those of other manufacturers.
• The tests in the Petra Pavaje laboratory are performed in all stages of development of a product: the raw material, the product freshly removed from the production line, and the product that has a certain age are analyzed.
• For all Petra Pavaje products, it is ensured traceability throughout the entire production flowIn other words, for each paving stone produced, it is possible to accurately identify the batch of raw materials that went into its composition.

The FLOREA GRUP analysis and testing laboratory is authorized by the State Construction Inspectorate to perform tests in the following profiles: B.BA.BP, MBM, GTF.D.MD, EP.

The laboratory performs a wide range of tests and analyses to study the durability of precast concrete products.

The tests are performed with state-of-the-art equipment, calibrated and metrologically verified, in specially designed spaces with environmental conditions in accordance with the requirements of the Romanian and European regulations and standards in force.
